Frequently Asked Questions

Before you buy, before you ask, before you email us at 2am wondering where your order is, read this first.

1. What apparel do you print on?

We print on the Comfort Colors 1717 unisex tees, chosen deliberately for the worn-in vintage appearance and feel these shirts provide. No huggy fits. No riding up. The 1717 has a relaxed, seamless cut with enough length to make a point without exposing your convictions to the room. Topstitched collar, shoulder-to-shoulder twill tape. It holds its shape without trying to hold yours.

The fabric is 100% ring-spun U.S. cotton, garment-dyed. Comes out of the package with that broken-in feel, with minimal shrinkage. On the environmental side, the dyes are low-impact and salt-free, and the cotton is sourced through the U.S. Cotton Trust Protocol. We're trapped in this mortal coil too. Why needlessly trash it?

One thing to note: our designs are intentionally distressed. The cracked, vintage printed look is the point. Not a defect. I know, but you'd be surprised. Or maybe you wouldn't.

2. How does t-shirt sizing run?

Our shirts run a touch large by design. A relaxed fit means room to breathe, move, and reach for that bottle on the top shelf without exposing your lint trap to the world. Don't worry. We won't judge. Not you anyway. Life is already uncomfortable enough.

The size chart image is on every product page. Don't be a heckler. Use it! We've included it for a reason and we want you to love your new expression piece, not regret it. If the Comfort Colors 1717 style is new to you, it runs large, so when in doubt, size down. We carry S through 4XL, because bodies come in all shapes and the existential weight we're all carrying is distributed unevenly.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes another 3-5 business days via USPS. Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days, sometimes sooner if USPS isn't too busy mucking up the system.

Apparel and books ship separately, so expect separate tracking notifications for each. If one happens to arrive before the other, feel free to rejoice. But try not to get carried away, though. It's completely normal. Nothing miraculous about it at all. Just a process.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

Every piece of apparel is made to order. That means it doesn't exist until you buy it, which keeps things lean on our end but also means we can't accept returns or issue refunds for wrong sizes ordered.

What we will make right: if your apparel order arrives damaged, misprinted, or just plain wrong on our end, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Emailing us a photo of your package (please, no dick pics), contents, and your order number will go a long way in helping us resolve any issues. We'll get a replacement out or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Same with books: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll make it right.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We're currently touring the US only, but we do plan to expand to international audiences in the future.
